General Manager Living The Brand
Working in Hospitality sector for over 20 years, I acquired the experience and knowledge to lead a Lifestyle/Luxury brand and
make profits with it.
With a solid finance background, I transitioned to Operation 10 years ago. Managing worldclass hotels allowed me to lead large
teams (from 150 up to 650 staff members), work in multicultural environment (Europe, Africa & US), and adapt my
management style from small boutique properties (91 rooms) to the largest full service hotels (1025 rooms and 45,000 sq feet
Conference center).
I can coordinate the required expertise of a team to activate the experience on the field, either from scratch (pre-opening
activities) or for expansion. Being very much service focused and details oriented, I am developing a New Luxury Hotel
experience where Lifestyle is a mindset. I am eager to handle as well clients (facilities end users), with customers (the one
booking us) and owners/partners.
International hospitality management companies not only enabled me to evolve in many properties but also to work in a
corporate environment and get the necessary support to roll out new projects (brand, design, marketing...). I am used to report
to multiple departments and get the buy-in of the stakeholders at different levels.
