Pre joining formalities
Follow up with prospective candidates about the date of joining and send
onboarding document check list.
Work with System Administration team to allocate PC and create Email-ID.
Post joining formalities
Collect below mandatory documents duly filled by the employee
• Joining forms
• PF forms,
• New User Requisition forms
• Pre-employment verification
Verify originals of education, employment and other relevant documents and collect
copies for employee file.
Provide guidance or Assist employees as necessary with filing of all the necessary
forms.
Campus walkthrough and taking the new joinee for a company sponsored lunch on
