- 8. Your Organization You become an Active Distributor. To become active, you must make your first purchase from the company. Now your organization looks like this. And you can start making money – RETAIL PROFIT YOU Share the coffee (samples) Retail Customers RETAIL PROFIT
- 9. Your Organization Companies use terms to keep track of the amount of product you sell. PV or personal volume – the amount of product you personally sell to others or consume yourself. In Boresha, your PV must be at least 50 to be considered an Active Distributor. GV or group volume – the amount of product your entire group sells. Keeping track of these numbers becomes important as your organization grows.
- 10. Autoship We all have really busy lives and it would be easy to forget to place our monthly order! The company makes it easy for us not to forget with autoship. Autoship is a way to make sure you stay an Active Distributor by sending you your order automatically month. Autoship is important for many other reasons and is covered in more advanced training.
- 11. Your Organization This coffee is so unbelievable, and this opportunity is so great, you want to share it! You have two people that tried the coffee, now they want in on this great business too! So, you sign them up (personally sponsor them). These two new people are called your downline and you are their upline. Now your organization looks like this. - 13. Your Organization Now things are really percolating! You want your two new distributors to start earning money too! So, you start helping them make diamonds. What is a diamond? It is a person with two active distributors that they personally sponsored-- just like you started. Now your organization looks like this. - 16. Your Organization Third, you have earned Diamond Maker Bonuses! In this example, you have made two of your personally sponsored distributors diamonds, so you have earned $50 ($25 for each). The fastest way to build your business is to make Diamonds. It is also the fastest way to help people you bring into the business make money quickly.

- 18. Your Organization This type of compensation system is called a binary system. In this compensation system, each side of your organization is called a leg. - 19. Your Organization In the Binary System, the two legs are usually not equal. The leg with less GV (group volume) is called the lesser leg. In our example, the GV for the left side is 250 and for the right side is 300. So, our left leg would be our lesser leg.
- 20. Your Organization It does not mean that one side or leg is better than the other. Which leg is the lesser leg often shifts from month to month depending on volume of sales that individuals in each leg are doing. Like any sales force, what people sell from month to month changes.
