I'm Daniel — @danieltsantos I'm a service designer, facilitator, lecturer, and troublemaker. Some years back, I lived in India and in the UK. My multicultural life has made me understand the different nuances of cross-cultural communication, like identifying subtle variations in body language across cultures. Recently, I moved to Lisbon to join LabX – The Experimentation Lab for Public Administration. Here I'm using service design to improve public services in Portugal. To help LabX achieve its mission, my role is to design and test new solutions that help to make better businesses, more efficient public services and improve the daily lives of both public servants and citizens.
