What I feel today: So many schools and so many experiences later (for the past 11 years having specialised in the area of setting up new schools) comes the stage when the mere career doesn't seem to matter at all, who you are and what you do is most important. The things you believed in and and the passion that drove you rears its beautiful head and forces you to reflect on your life. So there it goes. I would like to make a difference, with my beliefs and my experiences. If a change in education is to happen, our teachers have to be equipped, and paid well.
