My main areas of focus are strategic planning, aimed at finding the natural overlap between a client's desired outcomes, and existing user behaviours. This work has led me to develop social media campaigns, content strategies, and community management guidelines and practices, as well as working in brand planning and client education across industries ranging from entertainment, to CPG, to pharma and consumer electronics.
