PAULETTE RAO, MCC, BCC, is a global leadership coach, mentor coach, and coach educator.
She is the principal of True North Resources LLC, her coaching consultancy where she helps executives and entrepreneurs advance their leadership skills. Her coaching is founded on three decades of experience, many as a senior leader and marketing expert. As managing director for Marsh, the world’s largest risk services firm, she was one of their top one hundred female executives.
As a Master Certified Coach and Board Certified Coach, Paulette works with senior executives, high potentials, and emerging leaders at Fortune 500 and smaller organizations to develop and hone the skills they need to improv.
