Ms. Preeti Bhaskar is working as faculty at Ibra College of Technology, Oman. She possesses 9 years of teaching experience in the area of Human Resource Management. Her research interest includes Technology adoption, E-government, Job performance, Job Satisfaction, sustainable development, continuing education and E-learning. She has published research papers in many reputed journals (ABDC & SCOPUS) and presented research papers at various national and international conferences. She has also authored two books on “general Management” & published two case studies in Case Centre, the United Kingdom. She has also completed two minor research projects.
