Regular supervision of housekeeping, security, timely payment of bills like Telephone bills,
other/contract vendor payment etc. and processing claims & reimbursement –Mobile, Petrol,
Medical, Travelling in coordination with Sales/Admin Dept. & A/c Dept. Managing travel
itinerary and following with vendor for travel arrangement of an employee. Management and
