Manfred Seeleitner who privately works at 
the fire brigade has developed a fire hose 
protection ramp with an innovative modular 
design, light weight, low height and 
resistance to ageing. 
With the support of VINCI the A365 agency 
could produce a film with 3D animations to 
successfully launch the market transition.

Message to take home 
Innovation Vouchers are a rather non-bureaucratic 
and flexible instrument to address 
particular problems / opportunities with low 
administration costs but strong spill-over 
effects.
