▪ 2/3 of GCF projects are focused entirely
or partially on adaptation
✓ 113 adaptation projects
✓ 166 projects with adaptation and
mitigation co-benefits
▪ 50:50 balance of funding allocation
between adaptation and mitigation in
the GCF portfolio
▪ at least 50% of adaptation funding
goes to vulnerable countries, including
LDCs, SIDS, and African States
