This hands-on individual is passionate about providing service excellence and will readily go beyond the call of duty to ensure that clients receive the best possible return on their investment.  FALDIELA ISAACS – MANAGING MEMBER  i-TN Recruitment was started by Faldiela Isaacs who is a Specialist in the Recruitment industry. Faldiela is responsible for providing strategic direction and Client Relationship Management as well as being actively involved in the day to day operations of the business. She is supported by a team who shares her passion for providing service excellence. Faldiela collectively has 10 years recruitment expertise spanning both the Information Technology and Call Centre industries. Prior to starting i-TN, Faldiela was a Senior Manager at a large ICT corporate successfully managing a multi million rand Recruitment Business Unit.  Faldiela has an HR qualification and Management Diplomas from the University of Stellenbosch as well as from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS – Pretoria).

We focus on selecting candidates that best meet our clients' technical  specifications and culture fit. We use up to date selection and screening processes, offer hands-on  assistance to our clients throughout the recruitment and placement process, provide counseling and career guidance to our candidates and run the necessary credit checks, criminal checks and qualification verifications.
