How we work
By a 5 step process, we work closely with our clients to customize our approach and methods according to
their business, people, and owners needs and interests.
1. INITIAL CONTACT
Through an initial phone conversation, we exchange information, and agree to a face-to-face meeting.
2. MEETING & GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER
During this meeting, we establish the objectives of the projects need how to measure its success, and its
value to the company. A conceptual agreement will then be established.
3. A PROPOSAL
A proposal detailing the methodologies for the project and the options available will be presented for
consideration and approval by the client. The timeline, terms, costs, and conditions of the project will also
be discussed during this phase.
4. RESEARCH & ANALYSIS
Once the proposal is accepted by the client, we will start the process. The contractor will play an active
role during this phase of the process to acquire the most benefits of business knowledge.
5. DELIVERY
Presentation of results will be arranged either in person or through the agreed method with the client for
receiving the final report. At this final stage, we conclude our work and evaluate the success of the project.

IDA’ for institutional development
The HR business consultant is responsible for performing advanced, specialized and administrative duties in a
designated human resource program or section area.
We offer consulting for Human Resources in parallel with Quality Management support; we believe by
implementing the quality management system requirements and principles to the HR department we will
inherently improve work performance and enhance stability significantly on the long term.
We also help built instructions to firms by providing human capital management advisory services to their
businesses, assist companies develop and communicate policies, train employees, and implement an
effective recruitment process to their new role.
RECRUITMENT:
One of the priorities of the HR consultant is to focus on helping companies recruit
and hire the best candidates within the client’s budget. As recruiters we use a variety of practices for talent
searching, including using proprietary databases, reviewing potential internal candidates and so forth.
The HR consultant works with the client from the initial meeting through the final hiring, including
advertising for the job, screening applicants, conducting interviews, performing background checks,
recommending compensation packages and making the final offer.
So we believe that when you have the right candidates, you stand a better chance to have your business grow
faster and cost effectively.

Some other area of IDA” for Institutinal development services is benefits and compensation, sometimes
known as total rewards. Total rewards include base pay, benefits, commissions, salaries, rewards, awards
programs and morale initiatives. We are helping businesses maximize the effectiveness of their personnel
budgets by determining which positions should be filled by employees and what functions should be
outsourced. IDA’ has a large experience in the Syrian market in line with the neighboring countries’ markets
and businesses, and then reviews industry pay scales for these positions. We are working closely with benefits
providers and clients’ finance departments for the purpose.
Marketing & Merchandising:
Marketing is based on the thinking about the business in terms of customer needs and their satisfaction.
Marketing differs from selling because "Selling concerns itself with the tricks and techniques of getting
people to exchange their cash for products. It is not concerned with the values that the exchange is all about.
And it does not, as marketing invariably does, view the entire business process as consisting of a tightly
integrated effort to discover, create, arouse and satisfy customer needs." In other words, marketing has less to
do with getting customers to pay for your product as it does developing a demand for that product and
fulfilling the customer's needs.
Our mission and our goals are calling for better Management philosophy according to which a firm's goals
can be best achieved through identification and satisfaction of the customers' stated and unstated needs and
