Real time, Snapshot and Historical project information reports and analytics identify progress and highlight areas of key interest to a variety stakeholders for instant review and call-to-action. econsys can seamlessly link to third party systems providing a single point of connectivity of departments and people to business data. econsys enables you to embed your own business rules and performance indicators into its Master Data. Creating alerts, driving team performance, prompting project reports and managing approval levels whilst at the same time aligning to your business requirements. SOME NOTES ON GOVERNANCE, RISK MANAGEMENT AND COMPLIANCE GRC is an acronym that denotes governance, risk management and compliance — but the real story of GRC is so much more GRC is the integrated collection of capabilities that enable an organisation to reliably achieve objectives while addressing uncertainty and acting with integrity – this is the outcome that is known as Principled Performance Managing GRC information in various spreadsheets or standard office applications is still a very common practice. This setup is usually satisfactory until an organisation wishes to combine and aggregate the gathered information. By that we mean a product that has the same spectrum of coverage (contracting industry - enquiry to end of liability) and already contains ‘domain specific’ flows (isn’t a blank platform to be developed for your business needs). • Econsys spans at least three main spheres of business that are traditionally covered by software applications, • CRM - Customer relationship management – traditionally sales specific • Contract Management - traditionally commercial, legal and operational software • GRC - Governance, Risk Management and Compliance – traditionally ‘whole of business’ applications. • As such we have compared our product to companies in those three arenas and attach our comparison of features for your review. • There is also ample opportunity for a company to effectively build their own work flow to suit the needs of their business using proprietary software available, known as BPM [Business process management] software.
