Broadening the bandwidth of the Video Game industry is the single most important focus of Alpha Games
LLC. As CEO, I have and will continue to draw upon my experience, knowledge and resources of sales and
marketing within the industry to position Alpha Games LLC. as the premier Video Game distribution
company in North America.

                   ALLIANCE DISTRIBUTORS HOLDING, INC. – NEW YORK, NY – 2003-2007
                                   President / Chief Operating Officer / Director
Founded and directed one of the world’s largest, full-service video game sales, marketing, and distribution
companies. Led sales, purchasing, and distribution teams in New York City and Miami locations. Scope of
responsibility included all business and operational development functions, including Marketing, Sales,
Procurement, Finance, Advertising, Distribution, and Human Resources.
Selected Highlights:

Business          •    Grew annual revenues from $10 million in 2003 to $35 million in 2004, $58 million in
Development            2005, $70 million in 2006, and $81 million in 2007. Fueled sales growth through training
                       and motivating sales team, as well as initiation of online retail division.

Facility          •    Established state-of-the-art, 25,000 sq.ft. distribution facility to service worldwide
Development            customer base, with facility featuring best-in-class computer and inventory management
                       systems, expert logistics/operations workforce, and “shop on site” showroom.
Initial Public    •    Spearheaded project that led to company’s transition as public entity. Entered into
Offering               reverse merger agreement with Essential Reality that led to $3 million investment into
                       Alliance and allowed for proper execution of business plan.
Financial         •    Worked with key lending institutions to set working capital credit lines through asset-

                              JACK OF ALL GAMES – COLLEGE POINT, NY – 1998-2002

Retained following purchase of former employer L&J Marketing by Take Two Interactive to serve as EVP for
subsidiary Jack of all Games and direct all activities within company’s distribution facility. Developed,
implemented, and managed comprehensive sales, marketing, procurement and distribution functions.
Selected Highlights:

Revenue &         •    Utilized aggressive sales techniques and policies to drive revenue growth from $20

                       period. Increased gross profit margin of sales 20% through product mix control.
