5. Process
STEP 1: DEVELOP SEARCH
Meet with you to discuss the organization, the department in its current and future states, challenges, and the specific position(s).
Develop position descriptions and qualifications.
Determine the appropriate search method: contingency, partial retainer, full retainer.
Timeline interviews, follow up, offer, and start date.
STEP 2: RECRUIT
Match current candidates and begin active recruitment for additional candidates utilizing proprietary database, wide network of business
contacts and professional associations, and direct marketing methods.
Interview all new candidates, assessing both technical and “soft” skills through our unique interviewing process.
STEP 3: INTERVIEW
Screen and pre-qualify candidates and present you with a package for each interested candidate that includes: Accurate resume, a report of
the candidate’s tangible and intangible skills that match your needs, current and expected salary ranges, reasons for looking, expectations
in a new opportunity, availability for an interview.
Facilitate and coordinate interviews among all involved parties.
Prepare candidate for interview so that your time together can be spent more effectively.
Follow up with candidate post-interview and provide you will a verbal report of feedback, interest level and possible issues such as
timing, other offers, etc.
STEP 4: HIRE and RETAIN
Negotiate mutually agreeable employment terms, arrange for all necessary paperwork to be completed and returned.
Counsel candidate throughout resignation period, start, and beyond, facilitating the flow of information to minimize problems.

6. Search and Consulting Capabilities
ERP IMPLEMENTATION/FINANCE TRANSFORMATION
Andrews & Cole, LLC provided an interim CFO to lead the
implementation of a SaaS solution, along with an ERP
consultant to lead the configuration, testing, and training. This
included a complete overall of the finance function, reducing
headcount by 2 staff.
TECHNICAL ACCOUNTING
Filling in for a maternity leave, our consultant, a CPA with 20
years of experience, worked with the European Finance
Director to review all significant transactions to determine the
appropriate accounting treatment, writing memos and
reviewing disclosures.
SOX/INTERNAL CONTROLS
Our consultant successfully documented all accounting
processes and implemented appropriate controls for this newly
formed REIT.
