• Synopsis:-
• Managing day to day HR deliverables for HR operations and employee relations across entire employee
life cycle.
• Providing information and interpretation to employees regarding the Human resources policies,
procedures, practices and decisions.
• To do the complete recruitment process with the help , employee referral, job portals and consultants.
• To maintain the recruitment tracker sheet on a monthly basis.
• To do background verification before on boarding process.
• To do the complete on-board process of new joinees and make them available all the required things
after joining formalities with the help of different department i.e. IT, Finance, Admin, etc
• To send monthly payroll and reimbursement claims details to Bangalore Team on given time line.
• To send Mediclaim input i.e. new Joinees, exit and addition of family member details to concern Team.
• To do the complete exit procedure of resigned employees including clearance of NDC.
• Handling the PF related queries i.e. PF withdrawal & Transfer in coordination with reputed agency.
• To record and maintain MIS of all HR function & employee personal files.
• To resolve complain of associates regarding salary and reimbursement claims with coordination with
agency.

 Contact to the clients for the manpower requirements.

 Manage the campus placement schedule accordingly.

 To generate ESIC challan every month and submit them on time
 Extra duties –
 Prepare the offer letter, relieving letter and experience letters.
 Conducting the induction programme and exit interview.
 Analyzing the adverse issues in the company and sharing our view with directors of the
company.
Statutory & Compliance Activities:
• Responsible for processing PF withdrawal, PF Transfer of employees.
• Taking care for completion Statutory & compliance activities through the respective contractors on day to
