• Collection service contracts, invoices, and/or self-
hauling tracking sheets
• List of materials your property is recycling
• Recycling and trash collector information (names and
addresses)
• Recycling and trash central collection containers
information (i.e., sizes and number of each)
• Collection frequency
• Quantity of material collected in the previous calendar
year (1/1/2016 – 12/31/2016)
