Current Client’s challenges include:
- Limited understanding of individual employees training needs. Time is spent getting
clarification between HR staff, training participants, and training provider
- Manual and tedious process to identify relevant courses. Partnering with various training
partners lead to a use of non-standardised information and format. For example, ‘Managers’
in different organisations may have different seniority.
- Resource-intensive process to onboard and manage participants queries. This can range
from collecting participant information, answering common participant questions (e.g. I
can’t find my lesson file), attendance tracking and collating participant feedback.
- Lack of quantifiable measure to prove training effectiveness. This leads to arbitrary
budgeting processes and difficulty in getting management’s buy-in on corporate training
programmes without clear training outcomes and learning paths.

 Intelligent Course Matching – Solution should support HR personnel to
develop corporate training programmes by recommending relevant courses
that are personalised to an organisation’s needs based on input parameters.
As the platform would offer courses offered by Aventis and its partners, there
should also be a standardisation of information for easy comparison among
various courses.
 Training Management Dashboard – Solution should provide easy viewing
and retrieval of all relevant participant information, training material and
evaluation, including invoicing and payment documents by HR personel.
 Participant Module (EventBrite)– Solution should support participants to
access basic administrative tasks, such as tracking course confirmation,
attendance signing and course evaluation, relieving HR personnel from
manually providing such administrative details one-on-one. Chatbot function
to automatically answer common queries, which are often repeated
administrative questions that are tedious to answer.

 Post-Training Analysis – Solution should capture present relevant data
insights such as participant attendance, training evaluation and engagement
via a virtual data dashboard, for easy identification and tracking on
coporate’s skills development progress based on selected parameters (e.g.
course, attendees, skills set).
 Smart Reporting – Solution should support HR personnel to generate
reports on attendance and training effectiveness (qualitiative & quantitative).
The solution should quantify training effectiveness using established models
such as Phillip’s Model of Learning Evaluation and Brinkerhoff’s Success Case
methods, to support HR personnel to track and justify corporate training
cost to the management.
 Feedback Loop – Solution should be able to capture real-time feedback
from participants on the efficacy and engagement of completed courses, to
increase the relevancy of course recommendations
