He has had tenures as a professional Manager (Asian Paints), and as a Human Resource Management consultant (Hewitt and Ernst & Young) for 16 years and has served clients extensively both in the private and pubic sectors. Tania Gooptu: Tania has a Master of Arts degree in Comparative Literature from Jadavpur University and has spend over 13 years providing leadership talent solutions to clients while working for organizations like Ernst and Young, and MaFoi. Her clients range from Oil & Gas, Private Equity, EPC, to Clean Technology solution providers.
