port’s hinterland covering Gaziantep, Kahramanmaraş, Konya, Kayseri, Karaman, Adana and Ankara, including

Developed & implemented sales & marketing strategies for Container, Break bulk, Dry Bulk, Liquid Bulk,

Port’s throughput doubled within 5 years. Revised the port tariff by creating new value added services and
operational procedures. Produced competition analysis for East-Med Ports with yearly update. Designed the port’s
website from A to Z. Negotiated container CFS contracts and breakbulk discount scales with exporteers and
importers. Implemented Berthing Window facilities for shipping lines. Attracted new volumes and ships in
transshipment and cabotage regimes. Established the Sales and Marketing Department by hiring, continuously
training, coaching and motivating team members. Monitored the stevedorage quality and the waiting time at
anchorage of the ships. Generated monthly reports including Crane, ship productivity, terminal operating system.

-In the UAE, acquired the distributorshp of FMCG & Industrial brands from Turkey, Belgium and USA.

availability along with freight and local costs quotations, to cater for their imports and exports needs.
