Hearty welcome to the Esteemed NMC appointed coordinator Prof Dr. Mahua Biswas, Faculty NMC RC, SCB MC, Cuttack.
Ground rules of the BCME workshop BCME is a NMC approved program held under NMC appointed observer ship • Attending all sessions are mandatory for BCME certification.  Join and leave the workshop in time.  Sign the attendance register, both at entry and exit time.  Mobile phones to be kept in silent mode/switched off  Only one person speaking at a time. Raise hand  Be concise and stay on the topic while speaking.  No side talks please.
Ground rules of the BCME workshop  Ask questions and clarification when needed.  Everyone should participate. No one should dominate.  Maintain good time keeping.  Work in team, rotating roles.  Be direct and honest, respecting difference of opinions.  When oppose views, please propose solutions. HAVE FUN
