What is the Resilience Dynamic ? 3 main stages Breakdown - stuck can’t function in any way doesn’t have the resources to operate must rely on the resources of others to support Break Even – Doing ok not necessarily moving forward will be resistant to change but basically ok. Coping is good if you’re not breaking down. Capacity is lower with no time for learning Break Through – Manages their resilience almost daily health driven never letting go of the things that give them energy Deep capacity to learn and take on new things
