This document contains notes from filming shots for a short film. It describes three shots - one capturing a character getting out of bed from a medium shot, another a high angle shot of her looking in the mirror as she starts her day, and a third low angle shot of her doing makeup. Each note specifies the camera angle and focus of the shot.
2. Filming getting out of bed
[1/3/24]
This camera angle is for the first shot of the entire short film. This shot captures her
getting out of bed, then the next shot will be her getting ready for the day.
I picked this angle because it shows the bed and her walking toward her light, (you see
the light switch one not her actually doing the activity.
This shot is a "medium shot" as I am focusing on her bed and what she does.
3. Getting ready for the day
[1/3/24]
This camera angle captures her looking in the mirror as this is how she starts
her day.
Getting this shot was a nightmare because of the space in my room and what I
needed to capture.
This angle captures the mirror and her, this was a "high angle shot" because it
was on top of my desk with the tripod attached.
4. Doing makeup
[1/3/24]
This shot captures her doing her makeup after getting dressed for the day. This shot
is a "low angle" as you can see everything that is needed to be shown but I am on
the floor and the camera is on the floor with the tripod.
