Fairfax County plans to begin construction on a stream restoration project in Bull Neck Run in August 2018. Approximately 1,900 linear feet of Bull Neck Run will be restored. The stream runs through Fairfax County Park Authority property and Spring Hill Farm HOA property.

• Our construction times comply with the Code of Fairfax Noise
restrictions (Section 108-4)
• No construction activities:
– Between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am
– Before 9:00 am on Sundays
– Before 9:00 am on Federal holidays

Construction Safety Resolution.
• For all residents, keeping safe means following two
simple rules:
1. Please stay outside the construction limits at all times!
