Conclusion
3. To begin with, it's important to understand
that ChatGPT is not an independent company,
but rather a trained model created by OpenAI.
It is an AI research laboratory based in the
United States, with both non-profit and for-
profit subsidiaries.
What is
ChatGPT?
ChatGPT was developed on top of OpenAI's
GPT-3 language model using supervised
and reinforcement learning techniques,
making it one of the most intelligent
chatbots available.
Surprisingly, even the creators of ChatGPT did
not anticipate its overwhelming success.
4. OpenAI released
ChatGPT on the 30th of
November, 2022. And
since then this AI tool
became viral.
In fact, ChatGPT is one of
the fastest-growing
Internet applications with
13 million unique visitors
as of January.
When
ChatGPT was
released?
5. ChatGPT is trained using a technique called Reinforcement Learning
from Human Feedback (RLHF) by OpenAI. Initially, the model was
trained using supervised learning where human AI trainers played
the role of both the user and AI assistant in conversations.
To create a reinforcement model, the developers used the
conversations between the AI trainers and the chatbot as
comparison data. They selected responses generated by the model,
created multiple alternative options, and asked the AI trainers to
evaluate them. OpenAI experts then used Proximal Policy
Optimization to set up the model based on the reward models. This
process was repeated several times to refine the model.
How ChatGPT
works
6. Current ChatGPT limitations
The model is sensitive to phrasing, and some
requests may not receive a response. However, if you
rephrase the question, ChatGPT may be able to
provide an answer.
At times, ChatGPT may provide
incorrect or nonsensical responses,
even though they might seem
plausible.
Moreover, the model can sometimes
provide unnecessarily verbose
responses and repeat certain
phrases.
When faced with complex or ambiguous questions,
ChatGPT may make guesses instead of asking clarifying
questions, although the developers are working to
address this issue.
Despite efforts to prevent inappropriate requests, ChatGPT
may still process such requests at times. However, the
creators are continuously improving the chatbot to minimize
these instances.
7. What ChatGPT can
do
Our test began by tasking ChatGPT with writing a
script for a YouTube video covering the top five SEO
tools. The model's response was impressive,
delivering a thorough answer that included a video
introduction and key details about each tool's
services and features.

8. We wanted to test ChatGPT's ability to
generate social media posts, specifically for
LinkedIn. To our surprise, the model was able to
create a post that was both relevant and
engaging. Not only that, but it even included
relevant hashtags.

9. Suppose you need to create an infographic
about link building in 2023 and require ten
relevant statistics. We put ChatGPT to the test,
and it delivered flawlessly. However, the model
doesn't provide any sources, and only
mentions that the "data was taken from
various sources."

10. When we asked ChatGPT to write an ad for a
link building service, we waited for a concise
and memorable tagline. However, the AI model
generated a longer format that could be used
on a landing page. Interestingly, the chatbot
highlighted the company's unique selling
propositions (USPs) and even suggested that
the service could provide tailored solutions.
Can ChatGPT write a
catchy ad?
11. Therefore, if you require text for a landing
page, this AI writing tool can generate it for
you. It provides a template with the key
sections that you want to display on the main
page, such as a concise introduction, the
available services, the company's vision or
objective, and a call-to-action to contact the
team. However, you still need to come up with
an attention-grabbing opening sentence for
the initial window of your page.

12. ChatGPT can also be useful for overcoming
writer's block and generating ideas. If you are
struggling to come up with a headline for
your article or email, ChatGPT can offer
suggestions. However, we did notice that
some of the topics generated by the model
did not quite fit our expectations (such as
topics one and three). Nonetheless, all the
suggested topics were viable options to
explore.

13. We also tested ChatGPT's ability to help with
article rephrasing. If you need to post the same
article on multiple sources but want to avoid
duplicate content, ChatGPT can help you by
suggesting alternative phrasings. We tested
this feature on the introduction of our article
about B2C and B2B content marketing, and the
model performed well.

write content
14. And finally, we come to the question of whether
ChatGPT can write a high-quality article and how
long it takes. To put it to the test, we asked ChatGPT
to write a 600-700 word article about immersive
commerce.
To our surprise, ChatGPT was able to generate a
coherent and informative article in just two
minutes. The article contained practical examples
of immersive commerce that our team found
insightful and even learned something new from.
Additionally, ChatGPT included the benefits of
immersive commerce in the article.
However, the article lacked a proper conclusion,
and the sources needed to be checked for
accuracy. Overall, while ChatGPT can create a
decent article quickly, it still requires some human
input and editing for quality assurance.

15. ChatGPT may be a relatively new tool, but it has already proven to be capable of impressive
feats that can leave professionals in any industry amazed. However, the tool is not perfect, and
there are limitations that need to be addressed by the OpenAI team.
Using ChatGPT can undoubtedly optimize writers' work, but we do not recommend blindly
relying on it. It's essential to verify the information and sources used in the text and ensure that
the generated content aligns with the intended message and tone.
