Why state the obvious?Do we really need research to tell us that “60 minutes of daily exercise and eating abalanced diet” will help our kids become more healthy? We sure don't.It seems pretty obvious to us that kids today are for the most part “inactive” and at thesame  time eatinghigh calorie, fatty foods and living sedentary lifestyles that severelyaffect their health and overall wellbeing. Yes, we know it starts at home BUT, the decline of PE in schools is something that isUnacceptable as well. Daily exercise and learning real-world functional movements aresomething that kids cannot go without. Period.
