“The child born in the light, lurks in the shadows”

              Damien

  By Aaron Vander, James
Mills, Ryan Emin, James Mills
Plot
Damien is a normal child of around 10 years old, and one night whilst he is sleeping someone
sets his house alight. His father escapes unharmed, Damien escapes with horrific burns to his
face and upper body and his mother sadly dies. In the aftermath of his mothers death,
Damien's father (played by Clint Eastwood) falls apart and starts drinking.

Upon returning to school Damien expects to be welcomed back and treated as he was before
by everyone. However people he used to consider friends ignore him or even worse begin to
bully him.

One night he runs from his house, taking with him a picture of his class with him. Over the
following years the rage builds up inside him till he can control it no longer. He must gain
revenge.

Damien, now around 16 years, hunts down all those who once bullied him and reaps revenge on
them by burning their face and then killing preserving their heads as a shrine.
Cast And Crew
Shia Le Beouf---Older Damien

Clint Eastwood---Dad

Freddy Highmore---Young Damien

John Carpenter---Director
Title Sequence
The idea for our title sequence is completely based around fire. We have
chosen to do this as fire is a recurring theme throughout the film. The title
sequence will open with James, who will play Damien in the title sequence,
striking a match, and dropping it into a bin that will set alight. Also we will
see Damien burn the school picture that contains all the bullies with their
faces circled in red pen, and his own face scribbled out of the picture. The
titles themselves will rise out of the fire and will be written in a way so as
that they look like smoke rising out of the fire. Going on over the top of all of
this we will have a voiceover of James talking about his experience and how
he got into the position he is in now.
Films that have inspired ours

The type of films that have inspired our films are:
Halloween
The Omen (Damien)

And the book:
Carrie By Stephen King
Costs
We We believe that are film will be a relatively low budget film, costing
Around £20 million pounds to make. We will release it on Halloween
weekend as we want to capitalise on that time of the year and people
wanting to go and see a good scary, gory horror film. We believe that
our film could make £50 million overall.
