Filming Day 1
1. Call Sheet
Shooting Day No. 1 Call Time 11:00am Date 16/11/14
Director(s) Jessica Farey, Polly Pritchard
Notes, health and safety considerations, child protection: Grass may be slippery if the weather
is damp, advise cast to run carefully and have sensible footwear. The ladder is 20 feet long, so
everyone should move cautiously- possibly provide gloves in case it is slippery. Little risk of any fire as
there are no sources of electricity, however there are no fire exits. The door uses an auto-lock system,
so we need to take care that we do not leave it unattended and lock ourselves in.

Advanced Schedule
Polly to arrive in advance to unlock the bunker and check everything is in order.
Actors to arrive at Jess' house beforehand to change into their costumes and have makeup done.
Polly to collect equipment and props and transport them to the bunker.
Cover Set
The bunker is undercover so weather should not be an issue. If there is bad weather when we film
outside, the nearby field by the brewery has a thicker cover of trees for protection. We would also
supply umbrellas and ask our actors to bring raincoats/ suitable jackets.
Directions to Location
On Foot: From Baldock to Ashwell a very long walk through Bygrave fields, at least an hour. From
Polly's house to the bunker, go up Bygrave hill to the thick covering of trees and a 15 minute walk
downhill. Therefore the meeting point is Polly's house.
By Car: 5 minutes to the bunker from Polly's house, from Baldock a 20 minute drive.
Bus Routes/Rail/Underground: Buses to Ashwell every hour from the High Street and a short
walk to Polly's house.
