analyze and verify regional and operational sales on a local and global basis.
 Define and maintain sales territories.
 Prepare and submit data for weekly, monthly,quarterly and yearly forecasts.
 Manage calendars for senior level executives using Outlook.
 Track bookings and submit approvals for cross-regional credit.
 Claim pointof sale creditand splitaccordinglyamong the global accountteam.
 Monitor office expenses and reconcile expenses againstmonthlyexpense transaction detail reports.
 Responsible for resolution and/or escalation ofcustomer and vendor issues.
 Prepare and publish meeting agendas,minutes and presentations for high visibilitypersonnel.
 Regularlyevaluate and analyze costeffectiveness associated with expenditures.
 Work closelywith cross functional teams including Customer Service and SupportOperations to track
and expedite orders.

 Investigate and Implement new procedures for a more streamlined office.
 Test and initiate current headcountand space with as-builtreports.
 Initiate a commute reduction program within the office.
 Began an Oracle Volunteers chapter within the office.
 Screen and book candidates for the Worldwide Corporate VisitCenter’s executive dining room.
