This document proposes a new system called Digital City Mechanics to create jobs through online and technology-based work. The system would establish neighborhood bureaus and provide free software and services to help people develop online skills and find freelance or project-based work. Local businesses would sponsor multimedia content creation projects to train workers while promoting their brands. An online marketplace and business directory would connect local sellers and services. The goal is to build a sustainable local digital economy ecosystem that supports independent workers and flexible online jobs.
