SUMMARY
E-COMMERCE:
The internet has lead to the birth and evolution E-commerce.
E-commerce has now become a key component of many organizations in the daily
running of their business. Day by day it’s revenue also increasing because of internet
rate’s are decreasing and easy to access by everyone. In future the technology also
increasing and users are also increasing.
M-COMMERCE:
Day by day Smartphone users are increasing in India, In smart
phone’s the technology also increasing day by day. The users are attracting to that
and changing their views towards technology and going with the technology. In
smart phones there are lot of online shopping applications, the users are getting
easier towards online shopping. So within few years the m-commerce revenue is
going to double comparing now.
M-GOVERANCE:
M-Governance means government policies. Government is using
technology to understand by every person in easy way and in short time to deliver
the message. Government adoption of mobile technologies is propelled by a no of
factors, such as polices, standards, cultural trends, availability and cost. Not only this
the vision of our Indian government is by 2020 the people of India will be more
numerous, better educated, healthier and more prosperous than at any time in our
long history.

8) Delay in receiving goods.

Day by day online shopping users are increasing because of the
media, smart phones, 3G&4G Internet connections are getting affordable prices in
market.

TREND OF M-COMMERCE:
The trend of m-commerce has been increasing among the people as it
makes human activity simpler. At present 29% of mobile users have now using
m-commerce in upcoming four years it rises to 71%.
WHAT IS M-COMMERCE?
The term “m-commerce” means mobile commerce. This technology
helps us to buying and selling of products and services on mobile devices or we can
say’s it is a complete online shopping experience.
GROWTH OF M-COMMERCE IN INDIA:
The mobile service charges are at an all time low in India, so each
year mobile users are increasing more.
The Indian mobile commerce market has been forecast to boom over
the next four years, increasing at a compound annual growth rate of 71.06% through
to 2016.

M-Governance is the extension of E-Government to mobile platforms
as well as the strategic use of government services and applications which are only
possible using mobile telephones, laptop computers, and wireless internet
infrastructure.

The benefits of M-Governance are:

2) Efficiency.
3) Transformation/modernization of public sector organizations.
4) Added convenience and flexibility.
