EDUCATION IN PAKISTAN • Education in Pakistan is overseen by Ministry of Education of government of Pakistan. • The academic institution are the responsibility of provisional government. • Federal government is responsible for curriculum development, accreditation & some finance research.

REASONS OF WORST EDUCATION SYSTEM IN PAKISTAN
WHY WE CHOSE THIS TOPIC • 6 million working children. • Over half the population age 10 never attended school. • Downfall economy of Pakistan. • Rapid growth of poverty. • Corruption in this field. • Low literacy rate.
LITERACY DEFINITION It means the percentage of people who are able to read and write. Pakistan=55% PROVINCE LITERACY RATE punjab 60.2% Sindh 57.7% KPK 49.9% Balochistan 48.8%
REASONS •Allocation of Funds for education The funds are very low about 1.5 to 2.0 %.It should be must 7% . •Poverty It restricts the parents to send their children in schools.
•Inequality b/w private & government sector We are promoting two standard of education. •Regional disparity Facilities are not equal for all the provivces.
•UNTRAINED TEACHERS Teachers in government schools are not well trained so they are unable to train a nation. •ACADEMIC PROBLEM Insufficient use of resources. Emphasize on quantitative education rather on quantitative aspects.
• CORRUPTION The funds allocated for helping poor students, are heavily embezzled. • QUALITY OF TEXT BOOKS Text books remain same even for 10 to 20 years so students are unable to learn something new.
•LAKE OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION Less technical education means less progress •MANEGMENT PROBLEM Insufficient regulatory steps. Ineffective manegment structures and practice.
CONCLUSION AND IMPROVEMENT
CONCLUSION • We have concluded that policies are made for our betterment • But in our system the people who control these policies are not paying interest to work upon these policies and facilitate the public of Pakistan. • So it means that our system is corrupt.
European Countries Education • Europe has arround 4000 higher education institutions, with 19 million students and 1.5 million staff. • some European universities are among the best universities in the world. • Study is based on practical •Better schooling system.

How To Improve Our System? 1- Tripartite Partnership: Role of family, the community and state. All need to be mobilized. 2- Financial Improvement: There must be a financial improvement in our country for improvement of our education system.
3- Grant of scholarships and incentives to intelligent students. 4- Availability and accessibility of schools particularly in rural areas.
5-Improvement in management. Only subject teachers will teach their subject. 6- Technical / Vocational Education To Provide Demands Related To Skills. Our Government should provide opportunities for technical education.
7- Teacher, s Training and Knowledge: Training at initial stage must be made for school leadership. 8- English Language: Introduction of English from Class-I..
9-Advance Laboratory: • Our government should provide advance laboratory to promote the practicle work. 10-Technical Training Training is an element which bring positive changes in skill of a person. 11-Equqlity in public and Private Sectors.
WHY SHOUID WE IMPROVE THE SYSTEM. • First one is to come at the level of European countries education. • second one is because of reason that it help in political constancy. • Education also help us to realize our rights and duties. • It also helps to improve our economy. • At individual level everyone should take part to improve this system.
