ANAEROBIC:
•It consist in runing the longest time that you
can without stop.
ANAEROBIC:
•It consist in run as faster as you can in a shot
periode of time.
There are two tipes:
•Lactic: the sacrifice ismore intensity but in a
short periode.
•Analactic:the sacrifice is lees but in an
intermedly periode of time
