Roy Choi's sandwich featured ham, buttered baguettes, mustard, pork shoulder, Swiss cheese, and pickles. It appeared in the movie "Chef". Millefiori glasswork produces decorative patterns on glassware using the Italian words for "thousand" and "flowers". Ackee fruit is used in Jamaican cuisine and was brought by Captain William Bligh, who it is named after scientifically. Nachos were created by Ignacio Anaya at the Victory Club restaurant during World War 2 when he couldn't find the cook.
