translates the Hebrew messiah. The term messiah or Christ was used prophetically as the
title for the person or figure that God would appoint to usher in His kingdom. The
people s understanding of messiah has a military or political implication. Matthew s
gospel adds to Peter s statement You are the Christ, the Son of the Living God. (Matt.
16:16). There is a rich tradition in these words; going back to the kings of Israel, who
were called sons of God and suggests a special relationship to God, but Jesus was much

the temperature at which these enzymes reach their optimal condition (conditions at which these

temperature has on the enzymatic activity of Amylasewas the leading role, whether it was to
determine if it was slowing it down or speeding it up. For both experiments, iodine was used as the
control. First, the optimal temperatures of fungal Amylase were tested. For this particular task,
there was not too much changed noticed. For most of the temperatures, the activity change seen

Although, in the first paragaph he only outlasts one cycle of the moon emerging and retracting, his
unwavering presence characterizes him as a survivor.
If the bull is a survivor, then Mrs. May is a victim. In contrast to the bull, she is vulnerable and
defenseless. Her window was low and her breathing was light . She is the recipient of the action, as
opposed to the giver. The bull watches her and presents his horns, the instrument of her forthcoming
death. Mrs. May, as with her death, has no choice in the matter. There is nothing she can do but be
watched and presented to.
The ideas of the dominator and dominated evident in the word choice of the paragraph hint at the
mechanics of Mrs. May s murder. When the bull takes her life in the story s final scene, she is
penetrated by the horns that were presented to her on the first night outside her window.
Repetition, although subtle, is evident in the paragraph. The word window is repeated three times,
and chewing is repeated twice. The repetition is not particularly noticeable upon first reading of this
paragraph because the words appear in different structural areas

With the mistakes of humanity come both guilt and sins. In the story the crucible written by
Arthur Miller shows guilt can move people to make sacrifices. Guilt has the ability to drive people
