Editor's Notes

1. Welcome to participants in room and online! We'd like to share some ideas with you and hear your ideas as well. As we pose questions, I'm hoping that those online will respond via the chat and someone will be providing your input to Jason and I. You may also use the Connect features to  indicate pro and con, etc. 
2. Jason and I will be talking with you today.  You're welcome to contact us anytime!
3. A couple of the key purposes of this conference is professional development and professional networking. Those also are primary purposes of the professional development that eXtension is leading for all of cooperative extension. We've been happy to share new technologies and ways of doing things that anyone in extension can benefit from. In doing that we've worked with ACE SIGs, many individuals from the extech community as well as other extension associations and states who are willing to share the professoinal development opportunities that previously would have only been open to their own group. 4. There's a story about why we have this little site to share professional development now. Jason will tell the story...
