Cyborg punks rioting against the Government in the near future. Set in a dystopian future, the film follows a group of cyborg punks whose peaceful protests against the government fail to create change, leading them to spark a massive civil war. Our hero has one chance to defeat the ruling powers and restore peace, but enemies try to stop him on his journey. With a $175 million budget, the action thriller film "Rise" is targeted towards young men aged 18 to 35, and hopes to generate $200 million domestically and $400 million internationally led by stars like Samuel L Jackson, Tom Hardy, and Margot Robbie under the direction of Christopher Nolan.
