• LGUs and educational institutions may place
their order of the Kiosk form the DOLE Regional
Office for an estimated cost of Ph 120,000.00
27. Hosts and their Responsibilities
The following are terms and conditions:
• Pay for DSL connection
• Responsible for security and preservation of the kiosk
• Assign IT-savvy permanent plantilla personnel to train in the
use and maintenance
• Willing to conduct skills registration for its constituents
• Be responsible for the conduct of a media campaign in the
locality
• Coordinate with BLE for uploading local content to the kiosk
28. Hosts and their Responsibilities
• Pay maintenance costs after the 13-month warranty period
• Pay for the shipment of the kiosk from Manila
• Allow BLE or manufacturer access to the kiosks for
maintenance or system enhancement
• Collect information from kiosk user on the functionalities of the
kiosk for future improvement
• Willing to commit to the above in a written undertaking or
Memorandum of Agreement
29. DOLE Responsibilities
• Make available the employment Kiosk information at the
agreed time of operation
• Provide training for the LGU staff on how to operate and
use the Kiosk
• Maintain/enhance the employment Kiosk functionalities
