 Introduction  Grooming is very important for creating good image.  For enhancement of outer appearance.  Important In facing the interview.  It is the theme of our professional personality.  Further it is very important in our career like in hospital settings.
 Personal Qualities 1. Pleasing Personality. 2. Supreme Confidence. 3. Correct Body Posture. 4. Communication Skills. 5. Good Grooming. 6. Positive Attitude. 7. Time Manager.
• It is something about the person who had good features, inner beauty and a charm which means a pleasing personality. • Example: A person should be well- mannered in his style and should be dressed professionally.
 Supreme Confidence  Confidence is some what about this that a person think that he is just better in some work than any other.  Example: A person should have confidence in his work and should know how to present himself in confidence.
 Correct Body Posture  A person body language is the graph of its personality.  The characteristic of correct body posture is that which connect enthusiasm, confidence, alertness and well-being.  Example: Personality and manner reflects the body language of a person.
 Communication Skills  Communication is the life blood in any organization .  It is very important for creating an image of us in any mind.  Example: A person should have a good command over language like Hindi and English. Grammar and pronunciation should be perfect. He or she should have knowledge in every aspects.
Good Grooming • In this industry of aviation and hospitality grooming is very important. • Grooming affects the factors like wearing formal clothes, make- up’s, physical fitness and personal hygiene. • Example: Grooming also reflects the personality of the person. Well groomed person looks confident.
 Positive attitude • It is something about thinking all the problems and mistakes as positively and further thinking to avoid such a mistakes • Example: One should have a positive attitude in his or her thoughts. Positive attitude brings massive success.
 Time manager • It is saying that if you value time, time will value you. • The time is precious in this industry. • Our time and punctuality is very important. • Example: Time doesn’t waits for anyone. Famous quote written in Tokyo bus stop : “only bus stops here. not time”. So one should be perfect in time.
