WHAT A GROWTH MINDSET IS:
• 1. A mindset that understands talents and abilities.
• 2. A mindset that believes everyone is not equal in intelligence.
• 3. An attitude of perseverance.
• 4. People who value effort and overcome adversity.
WHAT A FIXED MINDSET IS:
• 1. People who believe everyone is the same.
• 2. People that are malleable.
• 3. People who think talents and abilities are fixed traits.
• 4. People who are easily influenced and settle for normality.
HOW TO CHANGE A FIXED MINDSET:
• A. Recognize challenge as an opportunity to learn.
• B. Believe exerting effort is valuable.
• C. Learn through active process by asking the following questions:
 A. What did I do?
 B. Why did I do It?
 C. What did I learn?
