The document outlines the stages of team development: forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning. In the forming stage, team members get introduced and discuss goals, timelines, skills, and roles. The storming stage is when conflicts emerge as expectations set in. During norming, members recognize each other's talents and work together toward the goal. In performing, coordination is high and the team works well together. Finally, adjourning occurs when the team completes its goal and disbands. The leader's role evolves at each stage to motivate, provide feedback, and eventually recognize and reward the team.
