To insert comments in a Word document: 1. Open the reviewing toolbar by going to View > Toolbars > Reviewing. 2. Ensure that track changes is turned on, which is found in the reviewing toolbar. 3. Edits and additions will appear in red text, and deletions will include comments on the right side. 4. Continue making edits and adding comments, then save the document.
