Why HR Club? Teaches the soft skills It will teach you to believe employees as unique individuals. Giving feedback in absence of perfect performance tool. HR helps to develop as individual.
Activities  Bulletins  Sound Out: Monthly topic will be discussed on the latest trends/developments in the domain of Human Resources (HR)/Organizational Behaviour (OB) for 15min only  Expose: A case study would be assigned in a group to which each individual needs to expose the reality of the company happening with a solution. This would help the participant to apply their theoretical knowledge to find the solution of some mind boggling real world issues related with various aspects of HR & OB area.  Guest Talks: For a change each student will be the guest and will enlighten us with new HR activities. This will be in together with the seniors where they will be your mentors.  Live Projects: HR meet which is one of the biggest events of BKC MET IOM needs intensive research which would be done by you and your seniors as a team project.  Workshops: Will be conducted as and when proposed and accepted. *Ideation: More activities can be added on students demand!!
