The document contains ideas for psychological horror movie openings involving mass murderers and obsessed killers. Some of the ideas presented include an obsessed killer who follows and murders young girls, two best friends where one goes missing after wandering off during a walk, and a young girl who hears voices and becomes darkly influenced by them. The document then provides more detailed summaries for three of the ideas: "Vain Victims" about a killer who targets those she deems vain or beautiful; "Best Friends" where one friend searches woods for the other and finds body parts along the path; and "Murder" which uses flashbacks of victims and a killer before showing an establishing shot of a murder scene.
