This document discusses ideas for a film name, tagline, and film magazine name that were generated and tested with target audiences. For the film name, the favorite among Facebook users was "The Chosen One." For the tagline, the initial favorite from a questionnaire was "She told me too" but it was later changed to "Ribbon Ribbon brightest blue.. Is it too late for your family too." For the film magazine name, the options were narrowed to "Cinemix," "cinematic," and "blockbusters." Focus group testing indicated "Cinemix" was the preferred choice.

The Chosen one
The Foster Child
Carrying out this research allowed us as a group to be
influenced by what people would prefer or what people felt
was effective. Through the comments which people posted
it was able to give us a rough idea as a group of what we
were going to call our film, the favourite out of the three
was ‘ the chosen one’- when putting it on facebook the
majority of people choose this one.

Choose wisely
when carrying out research in to our
reasoning and choices for our taglines, as
seen on the spider diagram are a few of our
choices in which we created as a group we
carried out a mini questionnaire to discover
which one was favourite by our target
audience. When doing so we found that ‘
she told me too’ was favourite by the
majority of the target audience. After
piecing everything together we felt that this
tagline did not go with the rest of our work
and therefore had to redevelop our tagline
and came up with the final idea of ;
‘ Ribbon Ribbon brightest blue.. Is it too late
for your family too’

For the film magazine name we had list of
names but as a group we were able to
narrow them down to the three which are
displayed, we felt that these were the best
to use as the show a clear idea that it’s a
film magazine, as all three names relate
clearly to films and cinemas. To help us
decided we carried out a focus group with
a sample of ten people we asked them to
come up with their own names for a film
magazine, after we discussed why they
choose them after this we showed them
our choices and whether they would stick
with their own or change to one of ours
and if so which one would they change to.
A large sample of the people decided that
they would change from their to one of
ours. The most common one in which
people decided to change to was ‘Cinemix’
and therefore helped us choose
