an iconic inspiration for many years now.

imported from Israel, which produces smell of decaying bodies and sewage. the
smell is so strong that it takes days to fade even after multiple showers. When
tested on a group of soldiers, it didn’t yield satisfying results.

didn’t.

The story of X and Y is probably the most famous one in the field of Indian art.
They never committed to each other, but are said to be very passionate about their
relation.
However, X was always more vocal about their relation. She once said, “Y loved
cigarettes more than he loved me. He would smoke half, and throw the other. I
collected them once he left, and lit them, to make his presence felt. That is how I
took up smoking.”
According to X, “There were two barriers between us, one was silence, which
remained forever, and the other, language. I wrote in Punjabi and he,
in Urdu.”

Louis on the Indian Ocean island of Mauritius. It was the first British colony to be
the part of the colonial rulers’ ‘The Great Experiment’
The Aapravasi Ghat, also called the Coolie Ghat, was named a UNESCO World
Heritage Site in the year 2016 ‘for its social and historical importance’.
