This India Quiz was held in July 2021 and set by Roshni as part of our weekly sessions. The set was meticulously compiled and hosted by the QM.
Quintessence is the Quizzing Society of Zakir Husain Delhi College, University of Delhi. The society has been active for 10 years and has been actively holding Intra quiz sessions and quizzes for both school and college students in the circuit.

are to be sold, they must stay in India because they are
an important part of Indian culture. Recently, this artist’s
work was sold for a record price.

Shaikh Imam Bakhsh Sahba'i was a Teacher, Scholar, Poet, and
Puzzle-master. Several of Sahba'i's writings deal with the art of word-
puzzles. He seems to have been very fond of the genre, and
took much pride in his expertise in it.
He taught at the same place for 17 years, eventually dying a gruesome
death in the 1857 riots. His grave is at a place that was of great
importance to him (and us).
