HCA investment in Derby
• 2011-16 Affordable Housing Programme helped to
build 410 homes in Derby City with an investment of
£7.6m
• Land Programmes have delivered 338 starts on site
for open market homes with 186 completions to date,
levering in £3.8m of HCA investment, and utilising
HCA land
• Over 3,700 sqm employment floorspace created
