KEMBA (Kroger Employee Mutual Benefit Association) Delta Federal Credit Union was chartered in 1934 by the National Credit Union Association (NCUA) for the purpose of providing credit union services.  We are a not-for-profit 501c3, tax exempt financial institution and exist only to serve our specific membership.  Five Star  Superior Rating by leading independent firm Bauer Financial Our first member group was Kroger Employees and their families, serving them in 5 states. TN, MS, AR, KY, MO.  Today we have opened our field of membership in the Memphis area for business’s and associations to enroll as members as well as their immediate family members.  Our purpose is to promote thrift by making it easy to save or borrow for almost any worthwhile reason.
